All the documents (including a cover letter, a list of  desired host institutions in order of preference, the curriculum vitae, the list of publications and the declarations) must be provided in a single PDF file (not larger than 3MB) to be uploaded by clicking on the &#8220;Choose File&#8221; button at the bottom of this page. After having filled the fields and uploaded the pdf file, click on the Send button and wait for a confirmation message on this web page.  The online form will generate an email message to the selection committee, whose text is the one inputted in the &#8220;Message&#8221; field.
