Research interests

I am interested in various aspects of the gauge/gravity correspondence, the duality relating certain classes of quantum field theories to string theory. Recently I have studied cosmological aspects of dark matter theories having a holographic description, in particular their first order transitions, consequent bubble dynamics and the spectrum of emitted gravitational waves. I am always interested in exploring the insights that holography can provide about QCD, and, vice-versa, what ordinary field theories can teach us about quantum aspects of gravity through information theory.
