The second one (High) dedicated to the irradiation of high power (i.e., up to ~ 10 kW) solid targets. Two additional bunkers are also present (the so-called \u201cRILAB and RIFAC sections\u201d) where two, high intensity beam lines are foreseen to be installed in further years for massive production of medical radionuclides.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"495\" src=\"https:\/\/web.infn.it\/LARAMED\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/FACILITY_imm-1024x495.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2142\" srcset=\"https:\/\/web.infn.it\/LARAMED\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/FACILITY_imm-1024x495.png 1024w, https:\/\/web.infn.it\/LARAMED\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/FACILITY_imm-1536x743.png 1536w, https:\/\/web.infn.it\/LARAMED\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/FACILITY_imm-300x145.png 300w, https:\/\/web.infn.it\/LARAMED\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/FACILITY_imm-768x372.png 768w, https:\/\/web.infn.it\/LARAMED\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/FACILITY_imm.png 1883w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">LARAMED infrastructures in the SPES building at the INFN-LNL; bunkers (-1 floor) and laboratories (+2 floor) are shown on the left and right, respectively<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1d28331dcb798805fa297b176bf4ea38\">Two laboratories are under completion on the second floor of the SPES building: the \u201cRILAB <a href=\"https:\/\/web.infn.it\/LARAMED\/coldlab\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1626\">Target-preparation<\/a> laboratory\u201d and the \u201cRILAB <a href=\"https:\/\/web.infn.it\/LARAMED\/hotlab\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1624\">Radiochemistry <\/a>laboratory\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-theme-palette-3-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-84e1a3771137005f3b2678853ebc2d54\">A third laboratory named \u201cRadioisotope Factory laboratory (RIFAC) for radioisotope\/radiopharmaceutical production\u201d is foreseen in the future (light-blue area in Figure).
