E’ stato pubblicato in Gazzetta Ufficiale (Serie Generale) n.53 del 5 marzo 2026 il Decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri 30 gennaio 2026 recante l’approvazione del Modello Unico di Dichiarazione Ambientale per l’anno 2026, che sar\u00e0 utilizzato per le dichiarazioni riferite all’anno 2025.

In base all’articolo 6 della Legge 25 gennaio 1994 n.70, il termine per la presentazione del Modello Unico di dichiarazione ambientale (MUD) \u00e8 fissato in centoventi giorni a decorrere dalla data di pubblicazione e, pertanto,\u00a0la presentazione del MUD 2026 dovr\u00e0 avvenire entro il giorno 3 luglio 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
