Nelle giornate del 6 e 7 maggio 2024 \u00e8 in preparazione un corso di formazione sulla gestione del Registro Elettronico Nazionale di Tracciabilit\u00e0 dei Rifiuti presso i LNGS<\/figure>\n

Come noto, il \u200bDM 4 aprile 2023, n. 59 \u2013 Regolamento recante: \u00abDisciplina del sistema di tracciabilit\u00e0 dei rifiuti e del registro elettronico nazionale per la tracciabilit\u00e0 dei rifiuti ai sensi dell\u2019articolo 188-bis del decreto legislativo 3 aprile 2006, n. 152\u00bb, prevede l\u2019obbligo di utilizzare l\u2019applicativo RENTRi per la gestione dei rifiuti. \u00a0Le Strutture INFN che non adempiono a tali obblighi sono passibili di sanzioni cos\u00ec come previsto dal D.Lgs. 152\/2006 (Testo Unico Ambientale) e s.m.i. In vista dell\u2019obbligatoriet\u00e0 d\u2019iscrizione al RENTRi, a decorrere dal 15 dicembre 2024,\u200b\u200b si ritiene importante che ciascuna Struttura INFN abbia all\u2019interno della propria organizzazione personale qualificato e formato ad operare tramite il suddetto applicativo.<\/p>\n
