Oleg Mukhanov (SeeQC.EU)
Oleg A. Mukhanov is CTO, co-CEO, and co-founder of SeeQC, Inc., a quantum computing spinout of Hypres. He joined Hypres to initiate the development of Rapid Single Flux Quantum (RSFQ) superconductor circuit technology, which he co-invented being a PhD student at Moscow State University. At Hypres, Dr. Mukhanov went from a circuit designer to chief technical officer, initiated and led many projects on high-performance digital and mixed signal RSFQ circuits for variety of applications including data and signal processors, analog- and time-to-digital converters. This resulted in the world’s first commercial use of superconducting digital electronics – RSFQ-based Digital-RF receivers. He received the Ph.D. in physics from Moscow State University and the M.S. in electrical engineering (with honors) from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute. Dr. Mukhanov authored and co-authored over 200 scientific papers, book chapters, and over 30 patents. He is a member of advisory committees of international conferences, projects and institutions on superconducting electronics, was chair and member of organizing and program committees of many national and international superconductor electronics conferences. In 2005-2007, Dr. Mukhanov was a president of the US Committee on Superconducting Electronics. Dr. Mukhanov is a Fellow of IEEE and recipient of The IEEE Award for Continuing and Significant Contributions in the Field of Small Scale Applied Superconductivity.

Vittorio Buccheri (INFN, CNR-NANO)
Vittorio Buccheri graduated in Physics at University of Pisa in 2019. His thesis project was about the thermal and the electrical characterization of superconducting proximized structures. His supervisors were Dr. Francesco Giazotto and Prof. Stefano Roddaro. In particular, the main achievement of his thesis was the first experimental measurement of the heat conductance of a short SNS junction. Also he studied the electrical behaviour of SNS DC SQUIDs and how it depends from temperature, magnetic field and N-link lenght. After the graduation, he collaborated as a programmer with GeoMind company, where he healt with the realization of a cartography mobil app. Since november 2019 he works with T-CONVERSE project.
