Its aim is the structured and lasting qualification of INFN&#8217;s capabilities to exploit its scientific and technological results, coming from fundamental research, and to strengthen their impact on the Industrial system oand on the knowledge economy. <\/p>\n<p>Building on the evidence from the first phase, Open.INFN 2 implements systemic interventions to consolidate INFN&#8217;s role in Italy&#8217;s transition toward a high-innovation-intensity economy. Specifically, the Institute aims to: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increase the efficiency and quality of technology transfer mechanisms between INFN and the production system.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the market introduction of new products and services with high technological content arising from INFN research.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the dissemination of innovation in strategic national sectors, fostering synergy between research infrastructures and emerging industrial supply chains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the end of the project, INFN will have a solid organizational and digital infrastructure capable of promptly identifying and valorizing the results of fundamental research, including from a cross-sectoral perspective.
