[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=&#8221;2061&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; qode_css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #20415c;\">How does it work?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]The process is applied to rolls for industrial machining, such as hot and\/or cold metal rolling, and consists in depositing successive layers of hard materials using PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) or PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Vapour Deposition) techniques.<\/p>\n<p>The coating produced has thicknesses ranging from 10\u00b5m to 150\u00b5m, high adhesion to the roll, low coefficient of friction and high hardness, which characteristics prevent it from delaminating and fracturing. In this way, the roll is protected against wear and tear and its service life is significantly increased.
