Diagnosis ORIented ANalysis<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”grid” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” z_index=””][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]DORIAN intends to provide diagnostic support services in the field of neurodegenerative and neuro-oncological diseases, alongside the current qualitative evaluation criteria of the quantitative methods based on automatic calculation and analysis tools. In addition, the development of a web platform that provides robust and user-friendly quantitative support for the analysis of magnetic resonance neuroimaging (MRI) and positron emission tomography (PET) is envisaged. <\/p>\n

The proposal is structured as support for the diagnosis through an innovative PET and MRI analysis methodology, with a simple and safe use, in line with the recent data processing regulations.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=”4769″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=””][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]The project comprises the creation of a web service with encrypted data anonymization on the “client” side and access to distributed computing resources on the “server” side. In its simplest version, the service consists of a data analysis (individual patient, images and metadata) with a report containing a set of indicators being returned: <\/p>\n

    1. quantify the \u03b2-amyloid protein load (a-PET);<\/li>\n
    2. place the patient on a continuous scale, making it possible to overcome the current visual classification;<\/li>\n
    3. relate the data to a normative neurodegeneration scale (MRI).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
