La deposizione del materiale precursore per la produzione del radionuclide (ad esempio il 100Mo per la produzione di 99mTc, 89Y per la produzione di 89Zr, etc.) viene effettuata mediante la tecnica magnetron sputtering al fine di ottenere un film a densit\u00e0, uniformit\u00e0, spessore e aderenza elevati direttamente sullo strato chimicamente inerte.
