I rulli di laminazione sono normalmente realizzati in materiali duri coma acciaio temprato o carburo di tungsteno, ma sono comunque soggetti a usura e devono essere sostituiti di frequente, causando costi aggiuntivi per la loro sostituzione.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019utilizzo di tecniche PVD per la creazione di ricoprimenti antiusura \u00e8 ben noto, ma lo spessore di tali rivestimenti \u00e8 solitamente limitato a circa 10 \u00b5m, a causa degli stress intrinseci e dei difetti che si sviluppano durante la crescita del ricoprimento.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=&#8221;2061&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; qode_css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Scopo di questo progetto \u00e8 realizzare depositi antiusura spessi, dell\u2019ordine dei 50 \u00b5m, in materiali innovativi come, ad esempio, super reticoli CrAlSiN oppure multistrato CrN\/TiN, utilizzando una combinazione di magnetron sputtering e deposizione per arco catodico.<\/p>\n<p>Questo progetto \u00e8 svolto in collaborazione con la ditta <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eurolls.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eurolls SpA<\/a><\/span> presso la cui sede \u00e8 installato e operativo un sistema di deposizione PVD progettato da INFN.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;
