L\u2019interferometria a reticoli con raggi X viene implementata usando sorgenti di luce di sincrotrone, che producono raggi X \u00a0molto intensi e a elevata coerenza. Introducendo una coppia di reticoli, detti reticoli di fase (G1) e di assorbimento (G2), tra la sorgente e il rivelatore si modula l\u2019intensit\u00e0 del fascio e si analizza la fase dell\u2019onda, ottenendo cos\u00ec informazioni aggiuntive al \u00a0segnale di assorbimento (ABS): un segnale di contrasto di fase differenziale (DPC) e un segnale di campo scuro (DF).[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=&#8221;705&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; qode_css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Questa tecnica pu\u00f2 essere per\u00f2 usata anche con sorgenti di Raggi X convenzionali, come quelle per radiografie mediche o industriali, ottimizzando le condizioni di coerenza grazie all\u2019aggiunta di un reticolo di assorbimento (G0) vicino alla sorgente.<\/p>\n<p>MAGNUM applica questa tecnologia all\u2019industria alimentare, attraverso un sistema in grado di:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avere risoluzione e contrasto migliori rispetto ai sistemi attuali;<\/li>\n<li>effettuare scansioni di prodotti alimentari prima del confezionamento,individuando in tempo reale contaminanti di piccole dimensioni (qualche decina di \u00b5m) e di materiale leggero;<\/li>\n<li>visualizzare il prodotto in 3D a risoluzioni dell\u2019ordine di 10 \u00b5m;<\/li>\n<li>effettuare valutazioni in condizioni dinamiche, per esempio durante l\u2019essiccazione della pasta oppure per un insieme di prodotti da forno che scorrono su un nastro prima del confezionamento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il sistema \u00e8 inoltre conforme ai limiti di dose ed energia imposti dalle direttive europee sui sistemi di ispezione a raggi X per alimenti.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;
