Per sintetizzare il radiofarmaco, il bersaglio contenete il radioisotopo deve essere disciolto per mezzo di un attacco con solvente acido e poi trattato chimicamente con processi in fase liquida. Tradizionalmente, la produzione di radiofarmaci avviene partendo da bersagli gi\u00e0 allo stato liquido e sul mercato non sono disponibili sistemi per il processamento completo di bersagli solidi, ma solo moduli di dissoluzione specifici per particolari tipi di stazione bersaglio. La possibilit\u00e0 di gestire le operazioni con bersagli solidi in maniera semplice e poco costosa, senza essere legati a un particolare tipo di stazione bersaglio \u00e8 per questo un\u2019esigenza sentita e tutt\u2019ora irrisolta per molti centri specializzati in produzioni con bersagli allo stato liquido.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_single_image image=&#8221;2165&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; qode_css_animation=&#8221;&#8221;][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Il progetto si propone di costruire un modulo di dissoluzione collegabile attraverso un semplice adattatore a sistemi commerciali di sintesi e che permetta di avere in un unico sistema il modulo di dissoluzione del radioisotopo e quello di sintesi e purificazione del farmaco. Tale prodotto si basa su un sistema di movimentazione di fiale a fondo aperto agganciato al motore del \u00a0modulo per l\u2019azionamento di siringhe, e un porta-bersaglio adattato alla cavit\u00e0 del riscaldatore.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Questa soluzione si presta anche a un attacco chimico selettivo, se usata con bersagli solidi depositati su un substrato inerte. In questo modo la separazione e purificazione del radioisotopo viene notevolmente semplificata dalla riduzione della quantit\u00e0 di specie chimiche in soluzione.
