HEPscape!

A journey into the world’s largest particle accelerator. The project was realized by INFN Section of Rome with the support of the Third Mission Committee of the Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare. Today, HEPscape! is present in kit format in the Sections of Padova, Perugia and Rome.

Have fun with your team and discover the physics of the Large Hadron Collider (LHC), the most powerful particle accelerator of the world, and of its experiments. With this escape room you will learn how a particle accelerator works, how a high-energy physics experiment operates, what kinds of particles exist and how we discover them. A map with many clues and plenty of surprises will lead you through the world of particles in a journey through time and space.
