fORMAzione e ricerca-azione presso enti di ricerca toscani &#8211; is a project funded by Regione Toscana within POR FSE TOSCANA 2014-2020, in the framework of\u00a0<em>Giovanis\u00ec<\/em> programme, with the aim at training technological transfer experts. Eleven fellowships have been funded with people training and working at CNR , at the Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia (INGV) and INFN, in\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">Firenze and Pisa<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">.<\/span><\/p><p>The training is based on a multidisciplinary approach: from life sciences to european project management, from photonics to technological forecasting, from patenting to communication of science and public engagement.
