font-size: 12pt;\">La scienza aperta rappresenta un approccio fondamentale per promuovere la condivisione, l&#8217;accessibilit\u00e0 e la trasparenza della ricerca scientifica ed \u00e8 diventata un tema di grande rilevanza sia a livello nazionale che internazionale.<br \/><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">Il termine open science racchiude altri concetti legati all&#8217;apertura e alla condivisione della ricerca scientifica, come <\/span><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">open access<\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">, <\/span><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">open data<\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">, <\/span><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">open source<\/strong><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><strong>In Italia<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Il <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mur.gov.it\/sites\/default\/files\/2022-06\/Piano_Nazionale_per_la_Scienza_Aperta.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Piano Nazionale per la Scienza Aperta<\/a> <\/strong>(PNSA), ideato nel contesto del Programma Nazionale per la Ricerca 2021-2027, ha fornito una guida strategica per l&#8217;implementazione dell&#8217;open science, concentrandosi su diversi aspetti chiave, tra cui la promozione dell&#8217;accesso aperto alle pubblicazioni scientifiche, la gestione dei dati di ricerca e la creazione di infrastrutture a supporto della scienza aperta. Tra gli obiettivi del PNSA rientra la proposta di sviluppare nuovi strumenti per la gestione FAIR dei dati, con l\u2019intento di favorire l\u2019interoperabilit\u00e0 con EOSC (European Open Science Cloud), un\u2019iniziativa che mira a creare un&#8217;infrastruttura condivisa per la gestione e la condivisione dei dati di ricerca in Europa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Il <strong>Piano nazionale della scienza aperta<\/strong>, \u00ab\u00e8 un elemento essenziale del Programma nazionale per la ricerca (PNR) e rappresenta un complemento al PNIR, il Piano nazionale per le infrastrutture di ricerca. Il piano, infatti, mira a creare le condizioni per la piena partecipazione dell\u2019Italia all\u2019interno dei processi europei ed internazionali di scienza aperta\u00bb (p. 3). Il Piano \u00e8 strutturato in cinque assi di intervento: le pubblicazioni scientifiche, i dati della ricerca, la valutazione della ricerca, Scienza aperta, comunit\u00e0 scientifica e partecipazione europea, Apertura dei dati della ricerca su SARS-COV-2 e Covid-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif;\">Il progetto<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cmcc.it\/projects\/skills4eosc-skills-for-the-european-open-science-commons-creating-a-training-ecosystem-for-open-and-fair-science\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Skill4Eosc<\/a><\/strong> (<em>Skills for the European Open Science Commons: creating a training ecosystem for Open and FAIR science<\/em>) coordinato dalla rete della ricerca italiana GARR \u00e8 stato avviato il 1 settembre 2022, con l&#8217;obiettivo di \u00absviluppare metodologie, attivit\u00e0 e risorse per unificare l&#8217;attuale panorama formativo in un ecosistema comune e riconosciuto e favorire la formazione delle figure tecniche di supporto alla gestione dei dati della ricerca e allo sviluppo della scienza aperta.\u00bb (GARR, Comunicato stampa
