Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The competition is open exclusively to early\u2011career researchers<\/strong>, defined as students (Bachelor, Master, or PhD students) or postdoctoral researchers who obtained their PhD within the past five years. Interruptions such as maternity or sick leave are not<\/strong> counted toward the five\u2011year period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The EPS Poster Prize<\/strong> is strictly limited to PhD students, as defined by their student registration. The poster must be prepared by the student.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n

Awards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The winners will be announced during the Closing Session<\/strong> of the workshop and will receive a certificate of achievement<\/strong> signed by the Workshop Chairs. Their names will also be highlighted on the PD2025 website<\/strong> and in the workshop proceedings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the certificates<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • the Best Talk Award<\/strong> and Best Poster Award<\/strong> winners will each receive a non-monetary prize, sponsored by TRIUMF<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • the EPS Poster Prize<\/strong> winner will receive \u20ac200<\/strong>, offered by the European Physical Society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
