The page containing the title, authors and abstract does not count towards the total page limit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When writing your contribution, in addition to the scientific quality and relevance of the subject matter, it is advisable also to check the quality of formatting, language and style (i.e. incoherent use of unit of measure; different conventions used in the same paper such as abbreviations \\3 s&#8221;, \\3 sec&#8221;, \\3 seconds&#8221; and position: \\3C&#8221;, \\3 C&#8221;; poorly organized tables; etc.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When your contribution is ready for submission, please follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Connect to <a href=\"https:\/\/jinst.sissa.it\/\">jinst.sissa.it<\/a>, register (if needed) and login<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the \u201cSubmit\u201d section of the page select the link \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/jinst.sissa.it\/jinst\/submission\/chooseSpecialIssue.jsp?sitype=PROC\">submit a proceedings contribution<\/a>\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>PD25<\/strong> conference from the list<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow the step-by-step procedure for submission, referring to the instructions available on the \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/jinst.sissa.it\/jinst\/help\/helpLoader.jsp?pgType=author\">For Authors<\/a>\u201d help page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the JINST articles complete accessibility options please refer to the <a href=\"https:\/\/jinst.sissa.it\/jinst\/help\/helpLoader.jsp?pgType=author#access\">Access to your paper section.<\/a> In case of doubts, it is advisable to check with your institution (normally the library) about your internal policy and also you can always refer to the JINST Editorial Office<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please let the Editorial Office know in advance if any of the figures included in your preprint is not original.
