Oral presentations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Speakers are kindly requested to strictly adhere to the allocated times<\/strong> for their presentations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Invited talks:<\/strong> 20 minutes + 5 minutes for questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contributed talks:<\/strong> 15 minutes + 3 minutes for questions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Exhibitors\u2019 talks:<\/strong> 15 minutes + 3 minutes for questions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    All presentations will be run exclusively from the computer provided in the lecture room<\/strong>. Use of personal laptops will not be permitted<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The recommended<\/strong> presentation format is PDF<\/strong>. Speakers who require the use of a different format or have any special technical requests<\/strong> must contact the organisers in advance<\/strong> to arrange compatibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Slides should be uploaded to the INDICO page<\/strong> of the workshop by the end of the session preceding the presentation<\/strong>. Please verify your upload permissions<\/strong> well in advance and contact the organisers if you encounter any difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The screen format in the lecture room is 16:9<\/strong>. Speakers are encouraged to check that their presentation displays correctly before their session begins.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Poster presentations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Poster Session will take place on Wednesday 3 December 2025<\/strong> from 19:00 to 20:30.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Posters must be printed by the presenters, they may be attached<\/strong> at any time prior to the session<\/strong> and can remain<\/strong> on display until the end of the workshop<\/strong>. Please note that all posters must be removed no later than Friday 5 December 2025 at 17:00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Posters should be uploaded to the INDICO page<\/strong> of the workshop before the beginning of the Poster Session. Please verify your upload permissions<\/strong> in advance and contact the organisers if you encounter any difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The recommended poster size and format is A0 (portrait orientation)<\/strong>. Materials to fix the posters to the panels will be provided by the organisers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Poster presenters are kindly invited to stand by their poster during the Poster Session<\/strong> to discuss their work with participants. Since the posters will remain displayed throughout the workshop, this will also be a good opportunity to interact informally with attendees who might stop by later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Of course, presenters are not expected to remain at their poster continuously<\/strong> during the session \u2014 you are welcome to move around and enjoy the welcome drink<\/strong> while still being available for discussion nearby.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
