We have this commitment to make our Symposium a safe environment. When you attend PD2025 you are also making a commitment to these principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">We gain strength from diversity and welcome new ideas by fostering collaboration among groups with different skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">We invite you to help making PD2025 a place that is welcoming and respectful to all participants, regardless of race, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, national origin, ethnicity, political affiliation, or religion. By creating an inclusive environment, we can make the most of our program, building an interesting networking and maintaining the cultural richness of our scientific community.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns alignwide is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Harrassment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">PD2025 <span style=\"font-weight: 800;\">will not tolerate harassment<\/span> of conference participants in any form, in person or online, <span style=\"font-weight: 800;\">including but not limited to<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>verbal comments, including jokes, that reinforce social structures of domination related to gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>verbal threats or demands or personal attacks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sexualized, discriminatory, and\/or exploitive images in any conference space, including presentations, sponsor exhibits, or public areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>harassing photography or recording<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sustained disruption of talks or other events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unwelcome sexual attention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>advocating for, or encouraging, any harassing behaviors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>slights and negative messages based on appearance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Enforcement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">By participating in PD2025, <span style=\"font-weight: 800;\">all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers commit to following this code of conduct<\/span> at the conference, as well as in related online communities and social media. Participants asked to stop harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
