In spite of its success in describing the proprieties of the discovered elementary particles, including the scalar resonance recently identified at the Large Hadron Collider as the Higgs boson, the Standard Model cannot provide satisfactory answer to some issues, like for example the presence of dark matter, the masses of the neutrinos, the gauge-hierarchy. We present some extensions of the Standard Model that can be testable at colliders in the near future. In particular we discuss the possible discovery of new particles in multileptonic final states.
