The ENRICH Mentoring Programme is now open for applications. Early Career Researchers (PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior scientists) are invited to apply to be matched with an experienced mentor from the ENRICH network.
This one-to-one mentoring scheme offers tailored support to help you navigate your academic and professional development. Through regular meetings with your mentor, you will have the opportunity to:
- Reflect on career pathways (within and beyond academia)
- Receive advice on research strategy and funding
- Build confidence in decision-making and career planning
- Expand your professional network across institutions and disciplines
Mentor–mentee matches will be based on interests, background, and preferences to ensure a meaningful and productive mentoring relationship.
