• IF YOU ARE A NEW STUDENT (Triennale, Master or PHD):
  • your supervisor and you should complete the information here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DmFBFs8L8lbCP3zs4EOZKSuEONmdc2Br1vedrtUTovU/edit?usp=sharing
• CMS CERN REGISTRATION: register with CERN as CMS student. Different options are available that you should discuss with the CMS RL depending on your needs (being at CERN or not)
• INFN ASSOCIATION: register as a INFN Student Associate: go to the INFN Secretariat and ask for the procedure, need grade average >26/30
• TRAVEL: If you need to travel:
  1. first you need to be registered with INFN.
  2. you need to open a "Missione" with INFN (details of how this works to be discussed with your supervisor). An information email to the RL is strongly suggested.
  3. If you are a student (Master or PhD) you might need to declare or open a "Missione" also with UniPD (PhD school provides some money also for travel)
  4. You need to keep good track (receipts) of all your expenses
  5. once back you need to "Close" the INFN mission to be reimbursed (supervisor can help if you have questions)
