SPES_Veneto (Bando Regione Veneto, 2024-2026)

SPES_Veneto is a 3-years project funded by the Regione Veneto with the Bando “Sostegno agli investimenti nelle infrastrutture di ricerca, nei centri innovazione e trasferimento tecnologico per la fornitura di servizi avanzati alle imprese” (PR FESR Veneto – 2021-2027, Azione 1.1.2 – SUB A. DGR n. 1237 del 10 Ottobre 2023).

The aim is to complete the SPES research infrastructure at the INFN-LNL, including some of the major devices, devoted to the production of medical radionuclides for radiopharmaceuticals, both for clinics and research purposes, such as the theranostic ones. The project funding is about 3.8 M€, including the in-kind contribution from INFN of about 800 k€. The PI of the project is the INFN President, Prof. Antonio Zoccoli; the manager of the infrastructure is the Director of the LNL, Prof. Faiçal Azaiez; the scientific coordinator is Dott. Ing. Juan Esposito, responsible of the LARAMED project.
