Venue, opening times, layout and opportunities for SRF 2027 exhibitors
The exhibition will be hosted in dedicated areas of Padova Congress, venue of the Conference, directly engaging with participants throughout SRF 2027. A large portfolio of sponsorship options is available to companies interested in exhibiting and supporting the conference.

Exhibition Opening Times
Exhibition will be open from:
Mon 28 – Wed 30 June 2027
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Thu 1 – Fri 2 July 2027
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Exhibition Area
Exhibition spaces will be placed:
- 1st floor, in the same area as coffee breaks, near the Conference room and on the main routes to the conference room.
- 3rd floor, in the same area as poster sessions and coffee breaks.
Visibility will thus be granted to all exhibitors, who will be able to maximise interaction and contacts with delegates.
