InTraNS – Florence Training Workshop on Coulomb Excitation
(27-30 January 2025 at University of Florence, Italy)
The workshop aims to provide an introduction to the low-energy Coulomb excitation technique and the GOSIA analysis code. Lectures on Coulomb excitation theory and the typical setups used in the experiments will complement practical sessions for simulations and data analysis with GOSIA. Also, “unsafe” Coulomb excitation will be discussed, and the use of FRESCO for Coulomb-excitation analysis will be presented.
