Optoelectronic device consisting of hybrid perovskite crystals in the form of microfilaments grown with microfluidic techniques on shaped substrates.
The microfilaments can be used for the detection of ionizing radiation and thus the creation of low-cost, high-resolution, radiation-resistant X-ray or gamma-ray sensors.
